1. About VizzArt Studio
Vizzartstudios ("we", "us", "our"), trading as VizzArt Studio, is an independent digital art studio operating the website www.vizzartstudio.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any artwork, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
We sell digital artwork delivered electronically. Files are provided in print-ready formats as described on each product page. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printers.
3. Orders, payment and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, billing, tax compliance, and refunds. For payment, billing, cancellation and refund mechanics, please also refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
4. License
Purchasing a digital artwork grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use, including printing for personal display. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or our products, including by engaging in unlawful activity, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing malware, scraping, probing or otherwise interfering with the security or integrity of the Site.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on digital artwork. Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see our Refund Policy for full details and instructions.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, branding, and Site content remain the property of Vizzartstudios and are protected by copyright law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any purchased content for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
9. Service level and warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizzartstudios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
