Vizzartstudios (trading as VizzArt Studio) offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on digital artwork purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout, or contact us via the contact page with your order number and we will assist you.
Technical issues
If your file is corrupted, cannot be downloaded, or does not match what was described on the product page, contact us and we will resolve the issue or arrange a refund through Paddle.
